We are not a call center that happens to sell alarms.
San Antonio Protection Services is a locally owned security company. We design systems, install them with our own technicians, connect them to around-the-clock monitoring, and answer the phone when something needs fixing.
The security business has a reputation, and it earned it. Summer crews arrive from out of state, knock on doors with a clipboard and a deadline, and leave behind long contracts that get sold to companies nobody has heard of. When the panel starts chirping at two in the morning, the homeowner discovers that the friendly salesman has gone back to college.
We built this company on the opposite idea. Every system starts with a free walk-through by someone licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety (our license is B16898, and you are encouraged to look it up). Every plan is written down, sized to the property, and explained in English a reasonable person can follow. Every install is done by our own technicians.
After that, the system reports to a UL-listed central station that never closes. And when you need service, you call a San Antonio number and talk to someone who has probably driven past your house.
We work in homes from King William to Stone Oak, on ranches near Helotes and in shops in Seguin. We also look after businesses, clinics, warehouses and apartment communities. The work is different every day. The standard is not.
